Team and roles
Eventfox has two roles. Admins can do everything. Viewers can see every project's numbers but can't change anything. How many people you can add depends on your plan.

Adding someone
Admins open Team in the menu and choose Add user: an email address and a role. Eventfox shows a temporary password once. Give it to the person; they are asked to choose their own at first sign-in. Eventfox doesn't send email, so you pass the password on yourself.
You can also change a person's role, set a new temporary password for them or remove them from the same page. You can't remove or demote the last admin.

Going over a limit, for example when a licence expires, never locks anyone out. Everyone can still sign in and see everything. Admins just can't add more people until it's fixed. See Adding a licence.
Signing in safely
Passwords need at least 10 characters. Five wrong passwords in a row lock the account for 15 minutes. If you are locked out of the only admin account, reset the password from the command line: see Command line.
