Eventfox is free for hobby sites that don't earn money, with one user, up to 10 projects and every analytics feature. Pro costs £6 a month or £60 a year for one person whose sites earn money. Team costs £18 a month or £180 a year for up to 10 people. Business costs £49 a month or £490 a year for unlimited people and business features. Yearly billing is two months free.

Standard and Privacy modes are in every plan
You never pay more for privacy. Each project runs in Standard or Privacy mode, and Eventfox drops anything the mode doesn't allow before it's stored. How the modes work.

Standard mode, set the way you want it
Standard doesn't have to mean everything. Each project has its own switches, so you keep exactly what you need and drop the rest before it's stored. Privacy mode simply turns them all off.

What happens if I stop paying?
Eventfox keeps working. Everyone can still sign in and every number stays where it is. You can't add more people or projects past the Free limits, and anything that earns money needs a current licence, so renew when you can.
Is anything limited on the Free plan?
Free is for hobby sites that don't earn money. It has one user and up to 10 projects, with unlimited events and every analytics feature, including funnels and both privacy modes. Anything that earns money, freelancers and client work included, needs Pro, Team or Business. Charities and clubs: please buy a licence, or ask us through the contact form.
Should I pay monthly or yearly?
Yearly costs the same as ten months, so you get two months free. Monthly lets you stop at any time. Both give you exactly the same features.
Do prices include VAT?
No. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, and your receipt shows it.
Does Eventfox check my licence online?
Licence keys are checked on your own server. If you have a paid licence, Eventfox contacts this website about once a day to collect your renewed licence key, and sends only your current licence key. It never sends your analytics data or anything about your install.
Can I move to a bigger plan?
Yes, at any time. Ask through the contact form and we'll sort out the difference and send you a new licence.
Do you ever see my analytics?
No. Eventfox runs on your server and stores everything in your database. We never receive your data.
